Easy Brown Rice And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 lb. ground round or ground sirloin
    1 can French onion soup
    1/2 can water
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown rice in margarine.
    Add mushrooms and ground round (which has been browned and drained).
    Add soup and 1/2 can water with some pepper for taste.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir and cover. Cook on low heat for about 45 minutes.
    Stir before serving.
