Butter Egg Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    3 drops almond extract
    1 stick butter
    2 eggs
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar, salt, 3 cups flour and almond extract.
    Mix well.
    Add 1 stick melted butter and 1 beaten egg; mix well.
    Add another egg and the other 3 cups flour. Knead well; let rise until double in bulk (about 1 hour and 15 minutes).
    Knead well again.
    Make into loaves; let rise again for 1 hour.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then down to 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
