Dog Team Tavern Maple Oatmeal Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
2 c. dark maple syrup
2/3 c. quick oats
2/3 c. shredded coconut
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. walnut pieces
9-inch unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
