Divine Divinity(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/3 c. water
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped Diamond walnuts

Preparation

In 2-quart glass measuring cup with handle, combine sugar, corn syrup, water and salt.
Microwave at High for 5 minutes. Stir well until sugar dissolves.
Microwave at High for 5 to 6 minutes or until mixture reaches 260\u00b0.
