Fresh Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cut-up fruit (apples, cherries, peaches or blueberries)
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sifted flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Arrange fruit in 9 x 9 x 1 3/4-inch pan. Sprinkle with 2/3 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons flour.
    Sift remaining dry ingredients in bowl.
    Add oil, milk and egg and stir with a fork until blended.
    Drop batter over fruit and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
