Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen corn
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten
1 small jar chopped pimento
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Mix all together and top with 1/2 cup grated cheese.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until heated well.
