Meat Loaf 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1 c. milk
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt
    catsup
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except catsup.
    Form into loaf.
    Cover bottom of baking dish with catsup (about 1/2 inch deep).
    Place in preheated 350\u00b0 oven and bake approximately 1 hour.
    The catsup and juices from the meat blend and make a wonderful tomato sauce to serve over meat loaf.
