Skillet Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 to 1/2 c. catsup
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 pkg. egg noodles
1 (16 oz.) can peas
Preparation

Prepare egg noodles according to package directions.
Use 8 ounces of noodles for one pound beef.
Brown beef in large skillet.
Add onion and saute until transparent.
Stir in catsup. Salt and pepper to taste.
Add cooked egg noodles, simmering casserole until noodles are very hot.
Casserole needs to simmer for about 30 minutes.
Add drained peas and heat thoroughly. Makes a big dish!
