Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1/2 gal. whole milk
    1/2 c. sugar or more to taste
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    cinnamon
Preparation
    For low-fat recipe, use skim milk, but will not be as creamy. For low-calorie, substitute sweetener for sugar.
