Possum With Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    opossum
    4 to 6 large sweet potatoes
    water
    salt and pepper
    sage
Preparation
    Boil the opossum whole until it begins to get tender. Meanwhile, peel and quarter sweet potatoes.
    Cover these with water and boil until almost tender.
    Place the opossum in a baking dish.
    Salt and pepper it well and sprinkle with sage.
    Arrange the sweet potatoes around the opossum and bake in a moderately hot oven about 15 minutes.
