Cheesy Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 to 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 to 4 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and slice as in French fries.
    Put flour and cheese in paper bag.
    Pour potatoes into bag and shake well, coating potatoes.
    Put oil in a long shallow pan.
    Pour potatoes into pan and coat with oil.
    Sprinkle with extra cheese, if desired.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
