Tuna Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    flour
    8 to 12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    milk
    1 large can tuna fish
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans cream soup*
Preparation
    In a
    large
    pan,
    melt
    butter.
    Add
    enough
    flour to absorb melted
    butter,
    stirring\tconstantly.
    When butter is totally absorbed,
    add
    milk (approximately 1 quart) to make a sauce.
    Add soup and cheese; mix well until cheese is melted. Add tuna,
    salt and pepper; mix.
    If mixture seems too thick, add a
    little
    more milk.
    Cook
    noodles according to package directions.
    Add
    to sauce;
    mix
    well.\tPour into a buttered casserole;
    sprinkle with
    bread crumbs.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until crumbs are brown.
