Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. high gluten bread flour
4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. (4 pkg.) yeast
2 c. water
1 c. honey
1/2 c. margarine
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. nuts (optional)
6 to 8 c. whole wheat flour
4 eggs
Preparation

Mix gluten flour, salt and yeast in large bowl.
Mix water, honey, margarine and cottage cheese in saucepan.
Heat to 125\u00b0. Margarine may not melt.
Add warm mixture to flour mixture.
Blend at low speed until moist.
Add 4 eggs and beat for 3 minutes. Stir in oatmeal, nuts and 6 cups flour.
Turn onto cupboard and knead 10 minutes adding extra flour if needed.
Let rise 1 1/2 hours. Divide into 4 loaves.
Rise 1 hour.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
