Black Linguine With Calamari And Scallops In A Garlic Butter Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. calamari, cut and cleaned
    3 oz. scallops
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
    1 tsp. fresh julienned basil
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    3 oz. chopped Roma tomatoes
    3 oz. garlic butter
Preparation
    Saute in olive oil, garlic, calamari, scallops and basil. Deglaze with white wine; add salt and pepper.
    Reduce 1/2 of liquid.
    Add tomatoes; add butter at the end.
    Warm pasta.
    Serve on top of black linguine and garnish with fresh basil.
