Crawfish Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 white potatoes
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 c. thick cream
    Tabasco sauce, celery salt and pepper to taste
    2 lb. crawfish tails
Preparation
    If bream
    are
    small
    cook
    them whole, but if they are large split
    them
    down the center.
    Salt both sides and place in refrigerator for about 2 hours and remove and wipe off with paper towel.
    Cook
    in
    hot
    oil\tin frying pan until brown on both sides.
    (Peanut oil is preferred but any good cooking oil will do.)
