Hearts Of Romaine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. inner leaves romaine lettuce
    3/4 c. cucumber, sliced
    1 small red onion, sliced and separated
    Vinaigrette Dressing
    2 Tbsp. capers
Preparation
    Combine first three ingredients; toss.
    Divide on 8 serving plates.
    Drizzle with Vinaigrette Dressing to which the capers have been added.
