Beef Ribs In A Bag - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. beef back ribs, cut into single ribs
1 turkey-size Reynolds oven cooking bag, floured lightly
1 bottle barbecue sauce
1 c. red wine (optional)
unseasoned tenderizer
Preparation
-
Sprinkle ribs with unseasoned tenderizer and place in bag. Mix barbecue sauce and wine.
Pour over ribs.
Tie bag.
Vent bag and cook at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
