Easy Orange Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices raisin bread (day old deli preferred)
    1 stick softened butter or margarine
    4 whole eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    juice of 2 oranges
    rind or 2 oranges, grated
    3 c. milk
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 can evaporated milk (condensed milk may be used)
    1/2 c. orange marmalade
Preparation
    You will need a 2 or 3-quart shallow baking dish and 1 larger baking dish (large enough to hold the 2-quart baking dish).
