Fried Cheese Sticks Or Cubes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Mozzarella, Provolone or Fontina cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes or sticks
all-purpose flour
beaten egg
fine dry bread crumbs
cooking oil
Preparation

Coat cheese cubes with flour.
Dip in beaten egg, then add crumbs.
(If desired, prepare several hours ahead and refrigerate until needed).
Pour oil into fondue cooker to no more that 1/2 capacity or to depth of 2-inches.
Heat on range to 375\u00b0.
Add 1 teaspoon salt and transfer cooker to fondue burner.
Spear cheese with fondue fork.
Fry in hot oil for 20 to 30 seconds or until golden brown.
