Irish Potato Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. cold mashed potatoes
    1 pkg. yeast
    3/4 c. warm water
    6 to 8 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Melt margarine in milk.
    In a large bowl beat eggs and add sugar, salt, milk, margarine and mashed potatoes.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to potato mixture.
    Add flour and mix until stiff.
    Cover and let rise thoroughly.
    Punch down and cover again.
    Refrigerate until ready to use.
    Roll out, cut and allow to rise for 2 to 3 hours.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until brown.
