Chuck Pot Roast With Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) beef chuck roast
    3 large potatoes, cut in halves
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of potato soup, mixed with 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Place meat in roasting pan.
    Surround with potatoes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Top with onion soup mixture.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until meat is tender.
