Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Stir 1 cup water with the sugar, cornstarch and grated lemon peel.
Cook, stirring constantly (or use double boiler) until it thickens and boils.
Boil and stir for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in 3 tablespoons butter and 3 tablespoons lemon juice. Yields 2 cups.
Makes 10 servings.
