Heavenly Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo, melted and cooled
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. flour
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
    3 c. milk
    1 large Cool Whip
Preparation
    First Step:
    Mix together pecans, flour and oleo.
    Spread on bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes only.
