Savory Beef Noodle Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz.)
    1 c. sour cream
    6 green onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.), room temperature
    8 oz. pkg. medium noodles, cooked
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet on medium heat.
    Add ground chuck, brown lightly.
    Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, sugar and tomato sauce.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Blend in cream cheese and sour cream together.
    Add green onions.
    Place 1/3 of noodles in a buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Spread 1/3 cream cheese over noodles, top with 1/3 meat sauce.
    Repeat layers.
    Sprinkle cheese.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
