Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 1/2 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. rhubarb
Preparation

Cut rhubarb in 1 inch pieces. Beat eggs slightly.
Stir in milk, sugar, flour, nutmeg and rhubarb in 9-inch unbaked pie crust.
Dot with butter.
Layer with top crust.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
