Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
    2 heads chopped cabbage (1 small and 1 medium)
    8 grated carrots
    1 medium minced onion
    1 pkg. chicken breast or shrimp, cleaned and deveined
    1 bottle Kikkoman soy sauce
    6 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Mix cabbage, carrots and onion.
    Set aside.
    Slice and dice chicken into small pieces.
    If shrimp, dice into small pieces also. Using wok or fry-pan, add oil. Let it heat up.
    Add garlic and chicken. Stir until cooked.
    Slowly add vegetable mixture. Keep stirring until all is in the pan.
    Cook for 4 to 6 minutes. Add soy sauce until the flavor you like, 2/3 cup or less.
