Low-Fat Banana Nut Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. oat bran
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/4 c. skim milk
2 ripe bananas
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp. applesauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients. Mix milk, egg whites, applesauce and bananas.
Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
Fill paper muffin cups with batter and bake 17 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
