Oreo Cookie Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) pkg. Oreos
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large bowl Cool Whip
1 large box chocolate instant pudding
Preparation

Crush cookies until you have coarse crumbs.
Reserve 1/4 cup for topping.
To rest, add melted butter.
Mix well.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cream the cheese with electric mixer; add powdered sugar and beat well.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Spread mixture on crust.
Let chill 30 minutes.
Mix pudding with 2 1/2 cups milk.
Spread on top of cream cheese layer; chill 1 hour.
Top with remaining Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
Chill one hour.
