Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 slices bread (crumbs)
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Beat eggs, milk, mustard and salt.
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Line dish with bread crumbs. Sprinkle sausage and cheese over bread.
    Pour eggs and milk mixture over this.
    Cover with plastic and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
