Ambrosia Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. pineapple juice
    1 large can mixed fruit
    2 c. mini marshmallows
    1 c. non whipped whipping cream
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. lemon juice
    1 large can diced pineapple
    2 small cans mandarin oranges
    1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Drain diced pineapple, mixed fruit and mandarin oranges and set aside.
    Blend sugar, flour and salt in small bowl and set aside.
    Blend lemon juice, pineapple juice and 1 egg.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Cook until thick in a double boiler.
    Chill.
    Beat whipping cream until fluffy and stiff.
    Add to cooked mixture. Fold in fruit and marshmallows.
