Sauce Amandine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick unsalted butter
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. blanched almonds
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. dry white wine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In
    heavy
    skillet,
    melt
    butter
    and\tmargarine.
    Add almonds and
    saute until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Stir in
    garlic, lemon juice
    and wine.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Cook
    until sauce bubbles, stirring with a wooden spoon. Serve sauce over broiled or grilled fish or shellfish. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
