Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 potatoes
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1 can milk
Preparation
    Cut up potatoes in 1-inch cubes.
    Place onion over potatoes. Dilute soup with milk and pour over potatoes.
    Cube Velveeta and place on top.
    I use a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
