Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. brisket
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 medium onion
    Lawry's seasoned salt
    Accent
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    paprika
    1 can beer
    1/3 c. chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Marinate by sprinkling vinegar and seasonings over meat.
    Cover and refrigerate 12 hours.
    Place meat in broiler pan and brown at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Transfer to Dutch oven.
    Slice onion over top of meat.
    Mix drippings from browning pan with 1 can beer, 1/3 cup chili sauce and 1 tablespoon brown sugar.
    Add enough water to total 2 cups liquid.
    Cover; bake at 325\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    Cool in liquid and refrigerate until cold.
    Slice when cold.
    When ready to serve, heat in 200\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Gravy will be thin.
