Sunny Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. potatoes, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. flour
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 lb. jalapeno cheese
    2 Tbsp. pimento strips
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Toss potatoes, salt, flour and dash of pepper together.
    Place in an 11 x 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking pan sprayed with Pam.
    Cube cheese; cook with milk over low heat until smooth.
    Add bell pepper, chopped pimento strips and chopped onion to melted cheese. Mix and pour over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
