Italian Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 baking potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    salt and pepper
    Italian dressing mix (1 pkg.)
Preparation
    Peel, wash and slice potatoes (medium thick).
    To bake faster, slice thinner.
    Use baking dish, butter the bottom of dish.
    Place sliced potatoes in
    a layer.
    Sprinkle with Italian dressing mix, then another layer of potatoes. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven until done.
