Butternut Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked, mashed butternut squash
2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oleo
6 c. chopped, apples (peeled)
1/4 c. sugar
1-1/2 c. corn flakes, crushed
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Stir well.
Melt 1 tablespoon oleo in skillet.
Add apples and sugar.
Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes and drain.
Stir apples into squash.
Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole.
Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over squash.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
