Strawberry Cream Cheese Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. half and half
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. half and half
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
3 c. strawberries

Preparation

Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add strawberries and mix well.
Add egg/milk mixture to strawberry/cream cheese mixture and freeze in ice cream freezer.
