Hamburg Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    cooking oil
    6 slices Mozzarella cheese
    1 (15 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix beef, parsley, salt and pepper (to taste), eggs and bread crumbs.
    Make 6 to 8 patties and brown in oil.
    Arrange in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Pour sauce over.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
