Lemon Cheese Fill-Ups - cooking recipe

1 c. butter
6 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
2 3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. plus 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 lb. dry cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Combine butter, cream cheese, confectioners sugar, flour, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon peel.
Mix at low speed until dough forms.
Cover and chill 30 minutes.
