Sweet And Sour Chicken Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. boneless chicken, cubed 1-inch
    `1 medium green pepper, 1-inch pieces
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Place chicken cubes and green pepper pieces in shallow dish. Drain pineapple reserving 1/2 cup juice.
    Combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder and ginger.
    Pour over chicken and green pepper slices.
    Refrigerate 2 or 3 hours. Thread chicken, pineapple and green peppers onto 6 long skewers. Cook over grill.
