Christmas German Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. quick oats
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda and 1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pour water over oats.
    Cool for 20 minutes.
    Cream the margarine and sugar.
    Mix with oats.
    Add the eggs and vanilla. Add flour, cinnamon, salt and soda.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
