Rolled Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
dash of cayenne pepper
6 to 7 chicken breasts
1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. light cream
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
3/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Filling:
Cook mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes; blend in flour, stir in cream, salt and pepper.
Cook until thick; stir in cheese.
Cook until cheese is melted.
Cool at least one hour or more.
