Asparagus Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can asparagus or 1 lb. asparagus, cooked and drained
5 eggs
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded or combination of Swiss and Cheddar
Preparation

Put asparagus on bottom of an 8 or 9-inch pie plate.
Beat together milk and eggs.
Add rest of ingredients and pour over the asparagus.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center of quiche comes out clean.
