Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 small can Pet milk
1 1/2 c. water
3 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. vanilla
dash of salt
1 c. coconut

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except vanilla.
Cook in double boiler until thick.
Let cool and add vanilla.
Pour into a baked pie shell.
