Granola Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. peanuts or seed
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. powdered milk
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. prunes or dry fruit
    2/3 c. honey
    2/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Toast oatmeal for 10 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Combine with peanuts, coconut, powdered milk, wheat germ, raisins and prunes. Add honey, oil, vanilla, egg and milk.
    Mix well.
    Press firmly on well-greased 10 x 15-inch pan.
    Bake until brown, about 23 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cut immediately and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake again at 345\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
