Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, deboned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/8 c. onion, finely chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup crushed chips.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Remove and cover with 1/2 cup chips.
Bake 15 minutes longer.
Serve hot.
