Baked Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baking apples, cored
4 Tbsp. raisins
4 Tbsp. clear honey
cinnamon to taste
Preparation

With a paring knife, core apples and stand them, bottom down, in a baking dish.
Spread a thin layer of honey inside and on top of the apple.
Sprinkle cinnamon to taste, making sure some gets inside the apples.
Stuff raisins into the center of the apples. Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes or until apple skins start to split.
