Rice Breakfast Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 lb. sausage (Bob Evans), browned and drained well
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine rice and sausage.
    Spoon rice into a greased shallow baking dish.
    Combine eggs, milk and salt.
    Pour over rice mixture.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Cut in squares and serve.
    We like salsa spooned over the top.
