Stir-Fried Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 tsp. oil
    1 lb. medium size shrimp
    3 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 c. green onions, cut in 1-inch pieces with tops
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    2 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook and stir garlic in oil for 1 minute.
    Add shrimp; stir-fry 1 minute.
    Add mushrooms, onion and wine; stir until shrimp are pink and vegetables are hot.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
