Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
12 carrots
2 Tbsp. dried onions
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. sharp cheese slices
bread crumbs
Preparation
-
Slice and cook carrots; drain.
Make sauce from remaining ingredients except cheese and bread crumbs.
In casserole dish, layer carrots and cheese slices, ending with carrots.
Pour sauce over top and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
